Yes, it’s true that we have a tendency to anthropomorphize just about everything these days. Assigning voices and personalities to animals and inanimate objects alike makes us feel good. Certainly the new movie “Cars” is a societal reflection, although I admit giving a wrecker the voice of Larry the Cable Guy is a bit extreme. But, as a general rule, if something has value to us, we’re ready and even eager to imagine it as human
